Ms. Brittany Penn
Born and raised in Atlanta, Brittany Penn is a devoted mother of four and a passionate educator dedicated to shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences for children. With over 14 years of educational experience and 8 years teaching grades K-2, I have spent my career nurturing students academically, socially, and emotionally during some of the most important developmental years of their lives.
The inspiration behind Cultivate Learning Center was rooted in my deep passion for early childhood education and calling to make a lasting impact on children and families within the community. Through years in the classroom, I recognized how critical the early years are in building a child’s confidence, curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being.
The vision for Cultivate Learning Center extends far beyond traditional childcare. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment that feels like an extension of home, where children are encouraged to learn, grow, explore, and flourish every day. I believe every child deserves a strong foundation built on patience, compassion, meaningful learning experiences, and genuine care.
